Where We Started, Where We’re Headed

I was born and raised in Hue, the "Cuisine Capital" of Vietnam where I grew up eating delicious food cooked by my Grandma, Mother and all the amazing street food vendors in Hue. I am proud to be the first-person to bring Vietnamese food to St Albans where I continue to cook for the locals every Friday evening.  My mission is to introduce as many people as possible to this fresh, healthy, unique cuisine.

I am a great believer in what my grandma taught me. She told me, when you prepare food, the most important thing is to cook from your heart. Then it will taste delicious. It’s so true. Taste of Vietnam is now almost seven years old and I still cook from my heart. As my knowledge and experience grows, so does my passion for my home country’s cuisine.
